Company Profile
Our owner is Scott Huntley a graduate from The University of Tennessee Knoxville, has been tinting since 1995. Scott learned how to tint while working at Competitors Auto Trim while still a student in Knoxville. Beginning in 1997, Scott started working at Traffic Jams, which later became Sound FX. Over the past 15 years, Scott has fine tuned his skills and is known to many in the area to be the best, and fastest around. Scott was invited to Llumars' 2002 Southeast Regional Tint Off Championship in Woodstock, GA and placed 6th overall and had the fastest time of all the competitors. In March of 2004 Scott attended the (IWFA's) International Window Film Association Conferance and Exposition and participated in the "Best Window Tinter in the World" tint competition, finishing 17th. Scott is known for doing top quality work and specializes in doing one piece back windows. He typically can tint a any car, truck, SUV, or van flawlessly in an hour. Scott is also able to tint the front 2 rollup windows in approximately twenty minutes. Wes Thompson a native of Memphis has been tinting with Scott for ten years. Initially trained by Scott at Traffic Jams which later became Sound FX and is Now 901 Sounds. Wes has also attended trade shows and competitions and is also known for doing top quality work. Wes is known as the back window specialist.
